Antique Japanese Ko Tansu Chest, Night Stand — Kirinoki, 1910, Taisho Era

This piece crafted in ash wood outside and  kiri wood inner drawer setting , each drawer is decorated and set firmly by custom made iron bracket, it actually becomes signature design feature for Ko Tansu chest.
The chest retains its original hand-forged iron hardware, featuring bold corner fittings and rounded drawer pulls that highlight its Taisho Era design. The warm patina of the ash wood wood exude sophistication given by the heritage and history of this piece. Highly recommend for family who wants to add dimension and depth to their modern interiors.
